Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We will handle all return requests in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If there is a fault with any product, please contact us within seven (7) days so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and inspected. A replacement product will be offered for any returned goods that are found to be faulty and will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of this policy.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • E-Books

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, this will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for the original payment within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
